My name is Nick Warren and I am a fully qualified personal trainer and transformation specialist. I first got in to the gym around 10 years ago due to being unhappy with my physique and unhealthy lifestyle. After a lot of hard-work and learning, I was able to transform myself mentally and physically in to something I am proud of today. This is what inspired me to help others and I decided to turn my passion in to my full-time job around 4 years ago. My goal as a trainer is to ensure that my clients get the results they are looking for, whether that is weight loss, muscle building or strength and conditioning. I strive to keep sessions fun and enjoyable as I believe results are far easier to obtain when you enjoy the process.
During my time as a personal trainer, I have worked with many people from different age groups with varying abilities and experience levels, as well as helping people overcome long and short term injuries.
My expertise include; weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation, nutrition advice, fight conditioning and martial arts.
My aim with all of my clients is not to tell them what to think, but teach them how to think, as for me this is the best way to ensure long term success.

I have also been training Martial Arts for over 15 years and currently run my own school, offering adult self protection classes. We teach striking, anti-grappling, ground fighting, multiple attackers and weapons as well as specialising in pre-fight management based upon the UK law of self defence.
Classes are mixed ability levels for ages 15+ and we keep all classes fun, energetic and ego-free.
My training over the 15 years has seen my acquire a 4th level higher grade in Wingtsun, a level 1 instructor in the Real Combat System, as well as learning some boxing, BJJ and wrestling.
