Michael

Michael worked with me on my 28 day back to fitness challenge for January. As you can see, his results were amazing for such a short period of time. Here’s what he had to say…

‘This 28 day challenge came at a perfect time for me. I was sick of looking bloated all the time. After signing up, Nick made me realise my relationship with food was all wrong and I couldn’t out-train a bad diet. So with simple tips and explanation in to how to count and track calories, I was on my way. Over the moon with my progress. Nick is a credit to his trade!’

Lucy

Lucy was a 1-2-1 personal training client of mine and we worked together for 6 months. Not only did Lucy lose a lot of weight, we also worked on strengthening her back and knees, as she had suffered with injuries most of her life. Now Lucy is fitter and happier and has even taken up women’s rugby - something that has been a long term goal of hers but was out of reach due to her back and knee pains.

Joanna

Joanna has been a long-term client of mine and I can honestly say she has become a friend. During our time training, we have set and hit many different goals, from rehabilitating injuries to weight loss and strength building. Now Joanna is a yoga instructor and has completely transformed her mindset and lifestyle. I look forward to continuing our journey together, achieving more goals.

Ross & Lauren

Ross and Lauren decided to take control and lose weight for their upcoming wedding. Both of them worked super hard over several months, personal training with me, 3-4 days per week, as well as cleaning up their nutrition. Both of them lost the weight they are holding in this picture - a total of 15kg each! I am super proud of them both for reaching their goals and making it a permanent lifestyle change.

James

James’ transformation was about much more than just aesthetics. His goal when he came to me was to run a 16km tough mudder, however when we finished our training James smashed a 20km tough mudder with 25 obsticles. Not only did he surpass his original goal, he lost a substantial amount of weight and positively changed his relationship with food.

Dan

Dan’s story is nothing short of inspiring. Dan came to me 3 weeks post stem cell transplant as treatment for myeloma. The doctors told Dan he would need 12 weeks bed rest before he could begin his physical recovery. However, for Dan this was not an option and he was keen to start his journey back to health as soon as possible. We worked together to build up Dan’s fitness, as well as focussing on weight gain and strength training. This photo was taken 12 weeks after his transplant and is one of my favourite transformations yet. You can see more of Dan’s journey on his instagram @myeloma_meets_dan .

James

James' started training with me twice a week with the goal of overall weight loss. We set out some weekly goals for James to achieve outside of the gym, as well as fixing some nutritional habits. James lost a staggering amount of weight overall while at the same time gained a lot of strength. I am pleased to say that James has maintained his weight loss and has continued to apply what he has learnt to his everyday life.

Darren

Darren’s results speak for themselves and prove that age is just a number. Darren can now say that he is in the best shape of his life at 50 years old! With 1-2-1 training with me, help with nutrition and a clear goal in mind, he was able to surpass his expectations and get great results.

Sharon

Sharon had struggled to lose weight for many years and she tried various diets and exercise routines without seeing results. She didn’t have the knowledge of how calories work and thought the best option was to just cut out everything she enjoys. After working with me Sharon now understands exactly how calorie in vs. calories out works and she gets to enjoy all the food she loves and is still getting results.

Robert

Robert worked in a sedentary job for many years and like a lot of people, did not notice the slow but consistent weight gain. After Robert’s retirement, he made it a priority to get fitter and healthier and has lost a great amount of weight as a bi-product of his training goals. While working with me, we focussed on small but effective diet changes that have now become part of Robert’s everyday life. I am pleased to say his weight-loss journey continues with me today.
